What qualifications am I required to possess to become a Sarascare Health and Social Care Provider?

No prior experience is required, since complete training and assistance are offered. More crucial is a sincere desire to improve the lives of others. You must possess the following qualities:

  • a responsible attitude;
  • compassion and sensibility;
  • appreciation for individuals’ uniqueness;
  • an optimistic attitude;
  • reliability;
  • check for English and communication abilities and ability to work in the UK;

Sarascare Health Care and Social Care Carers work in individuals’ homes and must thus be car owners and drivers. We strive to reduce the distance between care appointments. Each and every day of the year, Sarascare Health and Social Care provides care. Therefore, all Sarascare Health and Social Care carers are required to work a portion of the unsociable hours.

You must be employable:

minimum of three early mornings or evenings each week; a minimum of four weekends per month.
